20 June 2015 - Drumming Class at the Mason Relay for Life Fundraiser
During the annual Relay for Life fundraiser event in Mason the Cardio Drumming - Mason Impact Team group met and demonstrated their drumming. Their statement: "It is a place where we can share positive energy, encourage each other to stay motivated, share success stories of weight loss, size loss, more energy, or stamina."
