Opening ceremony Please note that the opening ceremony will start at 09.30 prompt.
To item 1 The updated Minutes of the 2005 ICCF Congress in Villa La Angostura, Argentina have been circulated together with this Agenda, and also will be available for download from the ICCF website http://www.iccf.com.
To item 5 Bertl von Massow medals can be awarded to those friends who have served ICCF meritoriously in organising CC at international level for at least 10 years (silver) and 15 years (gold). Late applications must reach the Membership & Services Director as soon as possible.
Discussion Groups These will focus on specific issues, presumably on ICCF Webserver (Phases 2 and 3) and ICCF Rules - full details will be provided to delegates/officials in Dresden.
To item 13 International CC titles can only be awarded following a request from the appropriate member federation and after confirmation by the tournament organiser. All late applications must reach the Qualifications Commissioner by email as soon as possible, with copy to the Membership & Services Director.
To item 27 Tournament approvals are handled in the first instance by the World Tournament Director, under powers delegated by a previous Congress and all delegated approvals are presented to Congress for ratification. Any applications where delegated approval has not already been given will be discussed by the Congress. Late applications must reach the World Tournament Director by email as soon as possible, with copy to the Membership and Services Director; applications submitted after 10th October will not be considered by the 2006 Congress.
To item 30 Congress will hear the AEAC presentation supporting its candidacy for the Congress 2007 in Spain. Member federations are asked to present their bids for the year 2008 and the follow-up years.
